• You can request an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
• To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• For all exchange and refund requests, the customer is responsible for paying the actual shipping cost charged by the courier.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange or refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
